Product
One system that behaves like one.
Most “all-in-one” tools are separate apps stitched together. Mortar runs on one customer record and one set of numbers. The work moves from step to step, and you enter it once.
How the plans are built
A spine everyone gets. Modules you stack on.
Every plan starts with the same spine: send a quote, get it signed, invoice, and get paid. Each step up adds more of what you need. You never pay per feature.

What Mortar is
Mortar takes a job from first call to getting paid, all in one place. A lead comes in. You build a quote from your price book. The customer signs on their phone. The job goes on the calendar, your crew does the work, and the invoice and payment go straight into your own Stripe. You never re-type the same thing twice.
Contacts, Estimating, Pipeline, Dispatch, Books, and Marketing are six modules, and they all read from the same customer record. Enter something once and it shows up everywhere it should. Every plan starts with the basics: price book, quote, signature, and payment. You add scheduling, books, and marketing as your business grows.
The six modules, in practice.
Every module reads from the same record. Here’s what each one does for you.
Contacts
Solo+The record everything else reads from
| What it does | So you can… |
|---|---|
| One page per customer with their name, business, every phone number and email, and all their service addresses | Pull up any customer and their whole history in one place. No more digging through your phone and a notebook. |
| Edit a contact from anywhere it shows up — a quote, a job, or the lead board | Fix a phone number once and it's right on every quote and invoice. |
| Each property keeps its own address and job history, mapped for routing | See everything you've done at an address and where it is before you head out. |
| Add more than one contact person to a single account | Reach the right person on a commercial job without keeping a separate list of who's who. |
Estimating
Solo+Price book to quote to signature
| What it does | So you can… |
|---|---|
| A price book that handles per-sqft, per-acre, tiered, and flat pricing, with your cost saved on every item | Build an accurate quote in under a minute. You always know what a line item costs you. |
| Your margin shows on every line as you price the job | Know what the job makes before the customer ever sees the quote. |
| Option groups the customer picks from, with the total updating as they choose | Let customers add on and upgrade themselves, and the price stays correct. |
| E-signature on the customer's phone, plus service and subcontractor agreements | Close the deal from one link. No printing, no emailing, no paying for DocuSign. |
| The signed quote becomes an invoice with a card or bank pay link | Get paid on the same numbers you quoted, without re-typing a thing. |
Pipeline
Solo+See every lead and job at a glance
| What it does | So you can… |
|---|---|
| An eight-column board from new lead to paid that you drag work across | See every open job and where it stands at a glance. |
| A source on every lead — call, form, referral, yard sign | See which channels turn into paying work, so you know where to spend. |
| The total value of the work on the board, added up for you | Know how much work is in flight and what it's worth at any moment. |
| A flag on any lead that's gone quiet | See which leads need a call today before they go cold. |
Dispatch
Core+Scheduling and recurring service
| What it does | So you can… |
|---|---|
| Month, week, and day calendars, with drag-to-reschedule that keeps the same time of day | Move a job to a new day in one drag. You don't re-enter the appointment. |
| Recurring service that shows up on every visit | Set up a maintenance route once and it carries forward on its own. |
| A mobile 'My jobs' view for the field, with the job, the address, and a done button | Your tech can check in, find the site, and mark the job done from their phone. |
Books
Suite+Numbers you can trust
| What it does | So you can… |
|---|---|
| A cash-basis P&L, Schedule-C lines, a balance sheet, and a credit view | Hand your accountant real statements instead of piecing together QuickBooks and Excel. |
| Bank CSV import that sorts your transactions into categories and learns as you confirm them | Reconcile a whole month in one sitting instead of coding every line by hand. |
| Profit on each job the moment it closes, from the same quote and costs | See what a job made without waiting for month-end. |
| The same numbers on every screen | A figure means the same thing everywhere you look. Your books stay right. |
Marketing
Suite+Spend, sources, and real ROI
| What it does | So you can… |
|---|---|
| Spend tracked by channel, with a cost per lead and cost per booked job | See which channels pay for themselves in real dollars, not an agency's report. |
| Trackable links that tie a click to a lead to a paid job | Follow one click all the way to the money it brought in. |
| A contact form you can drop on your website that turns a visitor into a lead (Core and Suite) | New leads land on your board with their source already set. |
| Campaigns you can measure against booked work | Know whether a push brought in jobs before you run it again. |
